Problem Statement

Company does not have interactive client experience, yet this is becoming the new industry expectation, current client reporting is out dated and tired; and its look and feel are off market, client report creation and delivery is too manual and inefficient.

Time from data curation to clients being able to view that data(and receive reports with that data) is too long hence making a bad user experience.

Bespoke reporting for each client makes it hard for us to scale. This is an opportunity to create a interactive platform for clients and also sell them in white labelling.

Project Goals

Replace static PDF process of PDF reports creation using 90+ day aged data preformed by Cognizant consultants
Replace quarterly and introduce the portal for investor
Replace Ad-hoc reports by BIG team
Create a white label product for other investment and financial companies for scale

Solution

Creating a Web Application Portal (WAP) to deliver dashboard and visualizations (reports) to target audience
Clients can visualize their portfolio, drill down into holdings, see their returns, forecast future cash movements (contributions and distributions) through the WAP
Clients will have the ability to export dashboards to PDF and CSV
Portal must customize display of widgets showing only those applicable widgets based on user's portfolio (PE, RE, and/or Infra holdings).
WAP will be branded with GCM color palatte, logo and custom URL (https://portal.gcmgrosvenor.com)
SSO Integration with Okta for external (client) users and AAD for internal users
