As the lead UX designer, I spearhead a dedicated team focused on enhancing user experiences within our specific vertical. My role encompasses overseeing comprehensive user research, crafting intuitive designs, and conducting validation exercises for our enterprise solution built on the Salesforce platform. Our goal is to design user-friendly interfaces that significantly boost the productivity and efficiency of the sales team.
Wipro Digital
I served as the UX Design Lead, where I managed a team dedicated to delivering user experience solutions for our clients. During my tenure, I had the opportunity to collaborate with Telstra, enhancing the user experience of their enterprise sales application built on the Salesforce platform.
Qualys Security Techservices
During my tenure, I led a project to establish the foundations of the company's design system. Additionally, I independently managed two products and coordinated with various product teams to ensure the quality and consistency of our designs.
Encora Inc. (Previously known Synerzip)
As a full-stack UX designer, I oversaw every stage of the UX process, from conducting initial research to delivering high-fidelity designs. My core competencies include user research, requirements gathering,
interaction design, and rapid prototyping. Additionally, I have experienced a bit of design project management, where I actively led teams to successfully meet business objectives.
UST Global (Previously known Xpanxion)
This was a pivotal moment in my career, marking my transition into mainstream IT and enabling me to engage in end-to-end web development. In my individual contributor role, I focused on front-end design and development for The Weather Channel. Additionally, I had the opportunity to pitch in for Vodafone as a member of the company's Center of Excellence. I also played a key role in expanding the team from 4 to 14 members before I departed from the organization.
eClerx Services Ltd.
eClerx served as the launch pad for my career. During my time there, I worked exclusively with Dell, where I had the opportunity to hone my leadership skills by managing a small EMEA team of four designers. Later, I co-led a global team responsible for supporting visual merchandising and landing pages for Dell's e-commerce website across 23 different languages. This team comprised 19 members, and I ensured the quality and end-to-end delivery and implementation of projects. My exposure to UX at eClerx inspired me to pursue a career in this field.
